Melissa D. Hill is a respected professional with a distinguished background in both the real estate and mortgage industry. As a licensed mortgage loan originator and the CEO/President of MDH Mortgage, she is adept and proficient in the areas of real estate and mortgage lending. With nearly a decade of experience in the industry, Melissa has helped countless individuals and families achieve their dream of homeownership. Her mission is to “provide the formula to MAKE DREAMS HAPPEN” for all who desire to be homeowners. She aims to simplify the complexities of the homebuying process and equip individuals to take control of their financial future. Melissa is dedicated to encouraging, empowering, and educating others both inside and outside the industry, using her knowledge and expertise to support others in achieving their aspirations.

ZeEster Browning, CEO and Founder of The Becoming Project Inc, is a CRM technology trailblazer and a Salesforce expert. Known as "That Salesforce Lady," ZeEster has dedicated 17 years to empowering marginalized individuals through technology. Her journey began with The Becoming Project Inc, using CRM technology, particularly Salesforce, to provide opportunities to underserved communities.


ZeEster's illustrious career has earned her a place in the Salesforce Hall of Fame, as one of the first 500 worldwide to be Salesforce certified. She's trained over 500 individuals in 10countries, creating global impact.


Her core belief is inunlocking individual greatness, emphasizing that everyone possesses untapped potential. ZeEster seamlessly balances her professional and personal life, being a devoted mother and grandmother. Beyond her tech contributions, she's an author, cake art enthusiast, and avid reader, reflecting her commitment to personal growth and self-expression.

Richard Smith III hails from the vibrant city of Detroit Michigan. Growing up, he was raised primarily by his maternal grandparents who instilled in him strong values, a sense of responsibility, along with a yearning to leave this world a better place than he found it. After completing high school, he pursued his higher education at Alabama State University (HBCU), graduating with a double major in psychology and sociology. While his studies were consuming, he found the time to be active presiding over the largest educational social science club on campus, excelling in 4 years of football and two years of participating on the baseball team. However, his true passion lay in making a positive impact in people’s lives, which led him to explore various fields within the help related arena.


Following his undergraduate degree, Smith embarked upon a career beginning as a Community Based Juvenile Probation and Parole officer of which played a crucial role in guiding and supporting young men and women's lives....thusly reducing chronic recidivism. As further commitment to his career development, he obtained a Master Degree (MA) in court administration from Troy State University.


Upon returning after 10 years of abstinence from his home city of Detroit, Richard transitioned into the role as a therapist in the mental health sector, providing counseling and therapeutic services to individuals facing various challenges. Additionally, under the auspices of mental health he served as a Job Club Facilitator for the chronically unemployed, assisting them in the development of vital skills and finding meaningful employment opportunities.


Over the past 25 years, Mr. Smith has been in sales and has embraced the entrepreneurial spirit, establishing multiple ventures that fully align with his passion for making a positive difference in the world.

Rhonda L. Carroll, a native of Camden, N.J. and previous resident of Albany, Georgia. She graduated from Albany State College now Albany State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science /Public Administration. She received a Juris Doctorate in 1993 from Memphis State University now known as University of Memphis. As a result of her love for real estate, she furthered her education in 2001 at The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois obtaining a Masters of Law (LLM) in Real Estate Development with an emphasis in affording housing. In addition to her education, she completed Leadership Albany (Class of 1996) and received certification for Effective Advocacy Under the Fair Housing Law from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois (February 1998). Rhonda has 20 plus years of experience in the area of residential closings, commercial real estate and probate law.


She is admitted to the State Bar of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Georgia. Rhonda is a member of the Real Property Section of the State Bar of Georgia; Georgia Real Estate Closing Attorney Association (GRECAA) and the Empire Board of Realtists. She also is an active member of Agape International Ministries, in McDonough, Georgia, serving on the Board of Trustees.


During her spare time, she enjoys participating in community services by speaking at first-time homebuyers’ workshops, will and estate workshops.

Armed with a passion to impact the Body of Christ with timeless Scriptural truths, Andre; is committed to helping build up the Body of Christ through teaching. His heart is to Reach the Lost, Equip the Believer, Strengthen the family, through Teaching the Word of Faith.


His passion also lies in equipping Entrepreneurs and persons with a penchant for business ownership to maximize their God-given gifts to advance and finance the Gospel message of Jesus Christ and revolutionize marketplaces and family legacies for Jesus!


He is the husband to Mona dna the father to one son-Andre' Cooper II, and currently resides in Tallahassee, Florida.
